Over fifteen years ago, Joe and Gina Peel started teaching Martial Arts from their garage. The vision that they had began a life long dream to train up Warriors for Christ, using the principles of the Bible as the foundation behind the mental discipline of martial arts. Since then, God has blessed them with several different venues and successes training children and adults alike.

The vision in the near future for Free Style Defensive Arts, is to expect more growth and expansion in our community and outlying areas around the Treasure Valley. We are committed to the betterment and support of our community. It is our goal to help reinforce strong values for families and young people in today’s times, teaching them how to be prepared for life’s challenges as they present themselves, so that we can live a victorious lifestyle with freedom from fear.
