Free Style Defensive Arts stands for something much bigger than it's name sounds.

• Defensive — We teach how to defend physically & spiritually.
• Arts — We teach the Art of Life Skills.

Our martial arts techniques are used and based on Kung Fu taught more than 4,000 years ago. It includes many facets of the martial arts that we are familiar with today which have been practiced for thousands of years. They have used techniques such as Chi Sao (sticky hands), Qin-na techniques (grappling arts of Kung Fu), Fukien Ground Boxing (Kung Fu ground fighting techniques), as well and including along the way, our wrestling techniques. We also teach art of weaponry, as the warriors of old have always done themselves. We teach to both beginner as well as the advanced practitioner wishing to augment their skills.
