Contract Agreements are for Monthly, Quarterly, Semi Annually, & Annually Rates and classes are subject to change. Rates are flat fees and will be the same if student attends one class or more during the contract period. Student fees are due whether the student participates or not for any reason during the contract period. In the event that a student does not attend one or more classes during the Contract period, student is not entitled to any refund. For Semi Annual & Yearly Contract Agreements: In the event that a student needs to stop coming, a contract freeze fee of $50.00 will hold the contract for up to a 2-month period. If student wants to break contract agreement before the prescribed date, a cancellation fee of $200.00 will be assessed to cancel out of contract. A Student may cancel out of contract without cancellation fee if student has good reason to cancel, to be decided by FSDA Staff. |
